Official Rules
The Jewel Kingdom Trivia Contest
1.This month's contest runs from December 20, 2001 through January 20, 2002. All entries must be received no later than 12:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time, on January 20, 2001. Depending on your software, you may be unable to use the entry form provided. If your browser is not forms-capable, you may send your submission via postal mail to The Jewel Kingdom Trivia Contest, Where We Live Productions LLC, 256 Tudor Circle, Ashland, OR 97520. Entries that are late, lost, misdirected, garbled, or unintelligible for any reason, including but not limited to computer or network malfunction or congestion (including congestion at Where We Live Productions LLC), are not eligible. Where We Live Productions LLC will not be responsible for technical failures of any kind and reserves the right to terminate this contest at any time in the event of a virus.
2.The contest is open to residents of the entire world. Employees and family members of employees of Where We Live Productions LLC, including its affiliates and subsidiaries, are not eligible to enter. This contest is subject to all federal, state, and local regulations. Offer void where restricted or prohibited. Where We Live Productions LLC will not be responsible for payment of taxes on the value of any prize awarded hereunder.
3.The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received. No substitutions or cash equivalents allowed. No more than one entry per person.
4.Only winners will be notified, and winners (including the parent or legal guardian of any winner under the age of eighteen) may be required to verify their address and/or to execute an affidavit of eligibility and release within fourteen (14) days of notification attempt.
5.The names of winners and the correct answers to each of the questions in this month's Jewel Kingdom Trivia Contest will be posted on The Jewel Kingdom site at the beginning of new contest.
